Change Theory
Our change theory is rooted in the belief that young people, when equipped with the right skills, networks, and platforms, can catalyze systemic social transformation. We operate through a three-step pathway: Expose → Equip → Empower. First, we expose youth to global challenges and local realities. Next, we equip them with tools to design solutions. Finally, we empower them to lead initiatives or enter organizations where their impact is maximized.
This theory of change informs our programming and evaluation. By mapping inputs (training, mentoring, partnerships), outputs (projects, placements), and outcomes (policy influence, community change), we ensure that every activity contributes to long-term, sustainable social innovation across Africa.
